Every year, distracted driving causes thousands of deaths in the U.S. By measuring certain criteria like speeding, braking and phone usage, the YourTurn Program helps to make drivers of all ages more aware of their driving behaviors and identifies areas for improvement.
Participants can earn rewards in gift cards every two weeks for driving safely!
Participants can earn rewards1 that can be used on everyday purchases like a favorite latte from Starbucks® or drivers can save up their gift cards to make a purchase (there are over 25 gifts cards to choose from). There’s also an option to donate rewards to charity.

What does the app measure?
YourTurn from Erie Insurance is a smartphone application (app) that gathers data and provides feedback about various aspects of your driving, helping you become a safer and better driver. These include: hard acceleration, hard braking, hard cornering, speeding, and phone usage while driving.
Does Erie Insurance share my data?
Respecting your privacy is an important part of ERIE's commitment to providing an excellent service and product. Your personal information and individually collected data will be available to ERIE and will only be shared with third parties in accordance with ERIE's Privacy Notice and as required to provide the app and services.
1YourTurn® Program is not available in all states. Not available in KY, DC, NY, NC. Rewards vary by State, Age and driving behavior and range from $2.5- $15 every two weeks based on driving 50 tracked miles and the participating driver’s score during the scoring period. Must drive a minimum of 50 tracked miles during each two-week reward period. Standard text messaging rates apply. Must have a compatible smartphone device with a data plan subscription and GPS capabilities with such device used exclusively by the participating driver.
